1) Soft connection

Copper soft connection is also called copper strip soft connection and copper sheet soft connection. Busbar expansion joint (English: Soft connection,busbar expansion joint) is a telescopic connector that compensates the deformation and vibration deformation of busbar caused by temperature change.

3) Copper soft connection process

The manufacturing process of copper foil soft connection is pressure welding or brazing.

A. Pressure welding

Pressure welding is to press the laminated parts of copper strip and aluminum strip together, adopt molecular diffusion welding, and form by high current heating pressure welding.

Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.

Note: The contact surface can be tinned, nickel plated or silver plated according to the user's requirements (except aluminum strip).

B. Brazing

Brazing is the copper strip and aluminum strip laminated parts pressed together, using silver-based brazing material, and flat copper block butt welding forming.

Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.

Note: The contact surface can be tinned, nickel plated or silver plated according to the user's requirements (except aluminum strip).

4) Soft connection application

I, mainly used in electrolytic aluminum plant, non-ferrous metals, graphite carbon, chemical metallurgy and other industries;
