The soft busbar is also called laminated insulated soft busbar. The laminated insulated soft busbar is made of highly flexible sheet copper bars stacked and coated with flame retardant high flexible PVC insulating layer. Technical parameters 1) Technical parameters of soft copper conductor: Annealed electrolytic copper: copper content ≥ 99.9%. Conductivity: ≥ 55 S/m. Vickers hardness:<50HV. Tensile strength: ≥ 200MPa. Elongation: ≥ 30%. 2) Technical parameters of insulation layer: Polyvinyl chloride: PVC. Color: Black. Shore hardness: A70-80. Dielectric strength:>23kV/mm. Oxygen index level: 30%. Elongation after rapid aging test at 135°C/7 days:>180%. Tensile strength:>20MPa. Application areas 1) Wiring of electrical connection and distribution cabinet; 2) power connection between preformed conductor and transformer and power distribution cabinet; 3) Soft connection, connection under vibration conditions, connection under thermal expansion conditions; 4) Plating tank power supply.
